PGI follows a two-semester academic year structure
- Fall Semester: Starts in the current year and concludes just before the new year.

| Sunday, 25 January 2026 | Hostel Check-in for new and existing students. Move into your on-campus housing (if applicable). |
| Tuesday, 27 January 2026 | Welcome Events Week. |
| Saturday, 31 January 2026 | Tuition and fee payment deadline. Submit your tuition and fees to avoid late payment penalties. |
