Apply to Pakistan Global Institute

Pakistan Global Institute (PGI) welcomes applications from foreign students, Overseas Pakistanis, and refugees who wish to pursue undergraduate degree programs at PGI.

Admission is granted based on fulfillment of the applicable admission requirements.

Programs Offered

International/Overseas applicants can apply for:

Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence (BSAI)
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics (BSBA)
English Language (Certificate/Diploma)

International Admissions Forms

International and Overseas applicants are required to complete both forms below.

Form 1: Information Form for International Students

This form collects additional information about the international student, including personal, family, residence, visa, and educational information.

Form 2: Admission Application Form for International/Overseas Students

This is the main admission application form. Applicants must select their desired degree program and provide their personal, educational, family, and other required information.

Important

Both forms must be completed, signed, and submitted together.

After completing the forms, please scan the signed forms and email them along with all required supporting documents to:

Required Documents

Please attach the following documents with your completed and signed forms:

Recent photograph with blue or white background
Passport
All relevant educational certificates/degrees, including:
- 10th Grade Equivalent to Secondary School Certificate
- 12th Grade Equivalent to Higher Secondary School Certificate
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the applicant’s Embassy in Pakistan
Residential Permit (Aqama), where applicable
NICOP for Overseas Pakistani applicants

How to Apply

Step 1 — Check Eligibility

Review the admission eligibility criteria before applying.

Step 2 — Download Both Forms

Download both international admission forms from the section above.

Step 3 — Complete the Forms

Fill in all required information carefully and accurately.

Step 4 — Sign the Forms

Sign both forms where required.

Step 5 — Prepare Documents

Prepare all required supporting documents and ensure they are clear and readable.

Step 6 — Submit by Email

Send the two completed and signed forms along with all supporting documents to:

Admission & Visa Processing

After a successful admission decision:

PGI issues an admission offer letter to the successful candidate.
A copy of the admission offer letter, along with the Student Information Sheet, passport copy, and required NOCs, is submitted to the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
HEC coordinates the required approvals and verification for the student’s visa requirements.
After completion of the required process, the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan, sends visa advice to the relevant Pakistani Embassy/High Commission.
The student approaches the Pakistani Embassy/High Commission in their country of origin for issuance of the study visa.
The student may be required to provide:
- Visa application/online form
- Passport copy
- Photographs
- Educational documents
- PGI admission letter
- Any additional required documents.

The student visa is issued for one year and is subject to annual renewal/extension based on the applicable requirements and security clearance.

Visa Delay & Joining the Semester

Students may join the semester up to 7 days after the commencement of classes.

If the visa is delayed beyond this period, the student may request deferment of admission to the next admission cycle. Such deferment is subject to approval by the Admission Committee.

Important Information

Applicants should carefully review the admission eligibility criteria before applying.
Admission is subject to fulfillment of the applicable admission requirements.
Admission/tuition fees, once paid, are refundable only according to HEC policy.
Applicants may be required to appear for an interview or take a test as required by the University Admission Committee.
Providing false or incomplete information may result in cancellation of admission.
Students must fulfill the requirements for equivalence of their educational certificates/degrees where applicable.
The required result and equivalence are to be submitted within six months after admission, as stated in the application form.
